To book a cosmetic surgery date with Dr Graham after you have had your consult, we require a non-refundable deposit of $1,000. This will hold your surgery date. This amount will be applied to the surgery cost balance. Full payment is due 6 weeks in advance of surgery date. If you miss the payment due date you will lose your deposit.
Payments can be made by E-transfer, bank draft, or credit card.
Payment in full is due 6 weeks in advance of surgery. If you wish to cancel surgery prior to 6 weeks in advance and have not paid in full, you will forfeit your deposit or amount paid less $1,000 non-refundable deposit.
If you cancel 4 weeks before surgery 50% of total fee will be refunded.
LESS than 4 weeks before your surgery no refund will be given.
If your surgery is cancelled by the surgical suite or this office, then you can either rebook your surgery or get a full refund.
Exception will be made with the documented loss of a loved one or with a note from another physician (GP) for health-related cancellation reasons.
Refunds will only be made at the request of the patient and will be paid to the patient.
